Your Responsibilities

Auxante is now seeking a damage technician for direct recruitment to a well-established family-owned workshop in Luleå. Here you will be offered a long-term position in a company with a strong team spirit and extensive industry experience.

You will become part of an experienced team of about 13 employees. The workshop is brand-independent and works with several different types of vehicles, which means a varied and developing everyday life.

You will work with:

• Repairing collision-damaged trucks, light trucks, buses, and motorhomes
• Bodywork and work with superstructures
• Creative and technical solutions for more complex damages
• Team collaboration to ensure quality and efficient production

The business has a high level of trust with insurance companies and often takes on more advanced assignments. Internal skills development is a natural part of the job, and there is an opportunity to broaden your skills in areas such as sheet metal or painting depending on your background.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a damage technician, sheet metal worker, painter, or similar.
• Has a B driver's license
• Speaks and writes Swedish or English fluently
